Condolence to PSF members on losses & hardships in Pukhtoonkhwa floods

Masters President Basit Safi has given his condolence on behalf of PSF UOM to its members effected by the flood. PSF UOM members were trapped by the flood in the university and they fought it gallantly & the President Zeeshan & General Secretary Shakir Afghan have not left the university.

PSF UOM pays their condolences to GS Masters Yasir Naseer upon the damage to his house as his home was swept away by the ragging floods in Kabul river in Nowshera Kalan, Nowshera. Basit Safi, Tanzil Ur Rahman, Izhar Ahmad, Zahida Sana & Nirala Sardar among others have given their messages of condolences to GS Yasir Naseer.

Similarly President Zeeshan, GS Shakir Afghan have been trapped themselves in the university along with Masters Humanities President Abid Wali and other cabinet members and workers.

Similarly Deputy GS Masters Shakir Ullah & Vice President Masters Malik Amjad are trapped in their native village Madyan in Upper Swat Valley.

Hopefully no member of PSF UOM has been killed by these cruel floods.

Pukhtoonkhwa floods

The flood of 'Noah' ripped through Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa province of Pakistan in the North-West of the country killing atleast 1500 people, effecting 3 million people, breaking all bridges and hotels alongside Swat river and bridges in Charsadda, destroying the city of Nowshera and destroying thousand other vilages in Pukhtoonkhwa making thousands of people homeless and trapped by floods causing food shortage, transport breakage, communication shut down, energy crisis and effecting educational institutes of the region. The International Red Cross has said up to two-and-a-half million people have been affected by devastating floods in north-west Pakistan.

Water levels are dropping in some areas, but more monsoon rains are forecast in the coming days.

Speaking from Pakistan, acting head of the World Health Organisation Dr Ahmed Farah Shadoul told the BBC that snakes had been attacking flood victims. (BBC)

With the subsiding of floodwaters in various affected areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday, the concerned authorities have shifted their focus of attention to relief activities from rescue operations in the province.
Relief camps have been established in almost the entire flood affected areas of the province, wherein efforts are underway to address the challenges of hunger, health and shelter. Relief camps for the flood affectees have been established in the Government-run schools, wherein the head of every school would supervise the overall management of the relief camps. More than 400 relief camps have started the relief activities in the calamity-hit areas including district Swat, Dir, Malakand, Nowshera, Mardan, Peshawar and Charsadda.

Despite the ‘lucid’ announcement of the provincial Government that it would take time to ameliorate the conditions of the masses in the traumatic conditions of floods, people are increasingly becoming impatient telling every media outlet that their problems are not being addressed adequately. The affected people held protests in Dasu besides blocking the main GT Road at Nowshera. They were demanding of the concerned authorities to help them in the hour of need.

In the meantime, the people from Zahi Bala, Malak Ziarat Khan Korona have also migrated to Peshawar and Nowshera to take shelter in Kandhar Relief Camp.

However, the rescue operation in Dera Ismail Khan is yet to be rounded up as the villages in Paharipura and Dera-Bakkar road have been badly affected by the floodwaters threatening the lives of the people in the area while hundreds of people are still stranded in the area. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain on Monday said that the government would provide food during the holy month of Ramazan to victims of torrential rains and floods all over the province, besides increasing compensation amount for the deceased from Rs100,000 to Rs300,000.

“The losses to human lives, infrastructure and properties are on very large scale and still a number of people are in distress, but the overall situation is improving as the Pakistan Army and district administration’s relief and rescue teams are busy in providing relief to the affectees,” he said briefing media on the current situation.
The government would also pay compensation to those whose homes had been destroyed and the amount would be decided once the assessment process was completed, he stated.

The minister said the chief minister and his team visited Nowshera and Charsadda on Monday to review relief activities and meet the affected people. “The chief minister will pay visits to all districts to meet the affectees and review relief activities. Though people are angry and the government knew about their miseries and anger, the chief minister’s assurance satisfied them to a great extent,” he said.

Mian Iftikhar said that food and relief items were being provided to the affectees in and outside camps as only 6,000 people had been accommodated in Nowshera Technical College camp where food for 13,000 people was provided. Tents, plastic mats, cocked food, medicines and other relief items were also supplied, he said.

Giving details of losses, the minister said that 774 deaths had been confirmed, besides 129 who were missing and injuries to 358 persons. He, however, felt the unofficial and real death toll could be double of the official figure. More than 500,000 people have been displaced in Nowshera alone and the lowest figure is in Kohat district, he said, adding that 15,815 homes had been completely destroyed and 761 partially damaged. He said dozens of villages had been washed away along with inmates.
The number of bridges destroyed was 67 while 173 roads were washed away in the province and 42 educational institutions and 243 water supply schemes were destroyed, the minister said. The Malakand division and Nowshera and Charsadda districts were the most affected where standing crops on 70 per cent lands were destroyed, he added.

Mian Iftikhar said that due to destruction of roads and bridges on link roads, the government was planning to ensure food supply through mules and donkeys as famine-like situation could arise in some districts of Malakand division. He said that 400 tourists out of total 2,600 had been airlifted from Kalam and the rest would soon be evacuated. He said they were, however, safe and staying in hotels in Kalam where food and other necessary items are provided to them.

The minister said the United Nations and United States had announced $10 million each for the flood affectees. He said the US government has sent 62,000 food packets, besides two water filtration plants while relief items from Dubai are arriving soon. The UNHCR has provided tents and other items for the affectees, he added.

Mian Iftikhar said that Army Chief Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani had talked to the chief minister and assured of sending one platoon of troops to Nowshera where army itself was also affected by the flood. About demand for special grant from the federal government, he said since losses in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa amounted to billions of dollars, the federal government should grant as much money as possible.

The minister appealed to the world community and philanthropists not to wait for the damage assessment and help the affectees in this hour of need. He also asked media to play role in diverting world attention to the devastation caused by floods in the province. He said the flood losses in Nowshera, Peshawar and Charsadda proved that a little rise in water level in Kabul and Indus rivers could threaten these districts. “Those who were talking of Kalabagh Dam and terming it a political issue should now come to see how much the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa people were right in their stand against the proposed reservoir,” he said.

Though Kalabagh Dam issue is now dead, those still talking about it should know that any project dangerous for the province would never be allowed, he maintained.

Mian Iftikhar warned of strict action against the government employees found lenient in relief activities and said all employees from Class IV to Grade 22 were on duty and should not sit in offices but go to the field to take part in relief and rescue work. To a question, he said the people should be careful as the Met Office forecast more rains during the next two days. He said they should, however, be careful of miscreants who circulate rumours for creating panic so that they could indulge in loot and plunder. (The News)

مہاجر قومی موومنٹ کے نام سے پاکستانی سیاست میں تشدد کو فروغ دینے والے حالیہ متحدہ قومی موومنٹ کو امریکی اسٹیٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ اورایمنسٹی انٹرنیشنل نے 1990ء کی دہائی میں ہی سیاسی تشدد، دہشت گردمسلح فورس کے ساتھ قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں سے محاذ آرائیوں میں ملوث ہونے کی بناءپردہشت گرد تنظیم قرار دے دیا اور کینڈا کی عدالت کے فیصلے کے بعد دہشت گرد تنظیم ہونے کے باعث الطاف حسین کو دہشت گرد گروہ کا سربراہ قرار دے کر مملکت میں داخلے اور سیاسی سرگرمیوں پر پابندی لگا دی گئی۔

جماعت اسلامی کی دوغلی پالیسوں کی بناء پراردو بولنے والے عوام کی اکثریت مہاجر قومیت کے دلفریب نعرے میں الجھ کر دہشت گرد جماعت کے ہاتھوں یر غمال بنتے چلے گئے اور بتدریج اردو بولنے جو کبھی باشعور اور تعلیم یافتہ ہونے کی بناءپر باعث تکریم ہوتے تھے اب نہ چاہتے ہوئے بھی دہشت گردوں کے وجہ سے نہ صرف تعلیمی طور پر دور ہوتے چلے گئے بلکہ دنیا میں ان کی پہچان دہشت گرد کے طور پر ابھرنے لگیاردو بولنے والوں کی اکثریت ایم کیو ایم سے شدید نالاں ہیں اس ہی بناءپر عظیم طارق جیسی شخصیت کو خود ایم کیو ایم نے ختم کرادیا کیونکہ الطاف حسین، سلیم شہزاد، ڈاکٹر عمران فاروق کی متششدد پالیسوں کے شدید مخالف تھےایم کیو ایم اپنی جماعت کے علاوہ کارکن کو کسی دوسری جماعت میں جانے پر غداری کے برابر قرار دے کر موت کی سزا دیتی ہے

ٹارگٹ کلنگ

ٹارگٹ کلنگ کے حوالے سے ایم کیو ایم اور سندھی قوم پرست جماعتوں کے درمیان ایک سلسلہ 1995میں جاری ہوا US Dos Feb 1996کے مطابق ایک سال میں 1800سیاسی کارکنان کو ہدف بنا کر قتل کردیا گیا

12مئی 2007ءکے خون آشام دن 55 بے گناہ انسانوں کو ہدف بنا کر قتل کردیا گیا جن کے لواحقین ہنوز انصاف کے منتظر ہیں

12مئی 2007ءعوامی نیشنل پارٹی سندھ کے 60کارکنان و عہدے داران زخمی ہوئے12مئی 2007ء17 کارکنان شہید ہوئے

29نومبر 2008ءسے اب تک 107 کارکنان کو ہدف بنا کر قتل کرنے کی کوشش میں زخمی کیا جاچکا ہے

2009ءکے سال میں 25 کارکنان و عہدے داران کو ٹارگٹ کلنگ کرکے شہید کیا جاچکا ہے

30 جنوری 2010 ءسے یکم فروری 2010ء30 بے گناہ پختونوں کو ٹارگٹ کلنگ کرکے ہلاک کیا گیا

مئی 2010ءکے مہینے میں 22 پختونوں کو ٹارگٹ کلنگ کرکے ہلاک کیا گیا جس میں 10 اے این پی کے کارکنان و عہدے داران تھے جنھیں گھات لگا کر شہید کیا گیاجون 2010ء سے ا ب تک 32 پختونوں کو شہید کیا گیا جن میں 7 اے این پی کے کارکنان و عہدے داران تھے

ٹارگٹ کلنگ کے تمام واقعات اردو بولنے والے علاقوں میں متحدہ کے زیر اثر علاقوں میں ہوئے جن میں سر فہرست قصبہ کالونی، نارتھ ناظم آباد، کریم آباد، لیاقت آباد، نئی کراچی، سرجانی ٹاﺅن، لانڈھی، کورنگی، شاہ فیصل کالونی،ملیر کے علاقے شامل ہیں

پختون اکثریتی علاقوں میں ایک بھی ٹارگٹ کلنگ کا واقعہ رونما نہیں ہوااگر ایسا ہوتا تو اردو بولنے عام افراد کی تعداد ناقابل شمار ہوتیٹارگٹ کلنگ میں پہلا ہدف پختون ڈرائیور حضرات ، ٹرانسپوٹرز، پتھارے دار، ہوٹل ، ہارڈ ویئر کی دکانیں ، قالین اور کپڑا مارکیٹ ، موچی بنتے ہیں حالیہ واقعات میں اے این پی کے دھوراجی وارڈ، محمود آباد وارڈ اور کھڈا مارکیٹ وارڈ کو آتش گیر مادے سے جلا دیا گیا

بھتہ خوری

ایم کیو ایم نے بھتہ خوری کی ابتدا رہائشی علاقوں سے شروع کی اور علاقے میں ہر گھر سے 30روپے اور دکانوں سے 50 روپے اور مارکیٹ یونین سے 2000روپے کی ماہانہ پرچی دے کر لاکھوں گھروں دکانوں سے بھتہ وصول کرنا شروع کیا گیا فطرہ کے نام سے ہر رمضان میں خصوصی طور کروڑوں روپے، اور عید قربان کو کھالوں کی مد میںاربوں روپے لندن سیکرٹریٹ ارسال کئے جاتے ہیں

سرکاری ملازمین کے فنڈ سے حق پرست شہداءفنڈ کے نام پر 200روپے ماہانہ،یونین ناظمین ، سٹی کونسلرز سے 500روپے ماہانہ ، وزراءکی تنخواہ کی پانچ فیصد اور سرکاری ٹھیکوں میں 15فیصد کے نام سے باقاعدہ بھتہ وصول کیا جاتا ہےگلستان جوہر ، گلشن اقبال ، سخی حسن ، طارق روڈ جیسے علاقوں کے ہزاروں فلیٹوں میں ہر پراجیکٹ میں ایم کیو ایم کے یونٹ آفس قائم ہیں جہاں مینٹیننس کے نام پر ہر فلیٹ سے ماہانہ بھتہ یونین وصول کرتی ہے کراچی کے 70فیصد فلیٹوں کے پراجیکٹ میں صرف ایم کیو ایم کے دفاتر قائم ہیں اور اس کے علاوہ کسی بھی دوسری سیاسی پارٹی کو دفتر قائم کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے

ڈرگ مافیا

ایم کیو ایم نے غیر اردو بولنے والے جرائم پیشہ افراد کے لئے مختلف ناموں سے علاقائی کمیٹیاں تشکیل دیں جن میں پی پی او سی، سندھی آرگنائزنگ کمیٹی، سرائیکی قومی کمیٹی،پنجاب آرگنائزنگ کمیٹی وغیرہ شامل ہیں ، پی پی او سی میں شیر پاءکالونی ، فرئیٹیر کالونی، نارتھ ناظم آباد اور قصبہ کالونی کے منشیات فروشوں کی سر پرستی کی جاتی ہے جہاںمتحدہ کے حمایتی کھلے عام منشیات کا کاروبار کرتے ہیں

اسلحہ مافیا

متحدہ نے سیاست میں تشدد کو فروغ ناجائز اور غیر قانونی اسلحے کے حصول دیا،ابتدائی طور پی پی او سی میں شامل ضمیر فروش لوگوں کی مدد سے قبائلی علاقو ں سے اسلحہ آتا ،لیکن اس سے ان کے مقاصد کی تکمیل ممکن نہیں تھی لہذا سندھی کمیٹی کے ذریعے بدنام زمانہ نثار پہنور جیسے لوگو ں کو پڑوسی ملک سے اسلحے کی ترسیل پر ما مور کیا گیا نثار پہنور اور یو سی ناظمین پر اسلحہ اسمگلنگ کا کیس ابھی بھی چل رہا ہے اور ایک کیس میں آج تک مفرور ہونے کے باو جود صوبائی سندھ حکومت میں بغیر ادارہ وزیر بھی منتخب کرلیا گیا

کراچی پورٹ کی وزارتیں لینے کی وجہ سے کنٹینرز کے ذریعے اسلحہ اسمگلنگ کوئی ڈھکی چھپی بات نہیں رہی ہے ، مئی 2007ء کو اسلحے سے بھرے5کنٹینرز 90جاتے ہوئے پکڑے گئے اور اب بھی سمندر،تھر پارکھر اور کھوکھراپارکے راستے اسلحہ اسمگلنگ کی جاتی ہے اور جدید ترین اسلحے کے ساتھ 25ہزار دہشت گردوں کی فورس تیار کی جاچکی ہے جنھیں راجھستان اور تامل کے علاقوں میں 1991میں بھاگنے والا ایم کیو ایم کے تربیت ونگ کے سربراہ جاوید لنگڑا جو کہ بھارت منتقل ہوگیا اور آج بھی بھارت سے عسکری ونگ کو تربیت دیتا ہے

عسکری ونگ

سٹی وارڈن کے نام سے 893کارکنان کو سٹی گورنمنٹ کے خرچے پر ASFسے عسکری ٹریننگ دلا کر پوری کراچی میں مخبری کا کام لیا جاتا ہے7300پولیس میں بھرتی کئے جانے والے کارکنان اس کے علاوہ ہیںسٹی پولیس کے نام سے متحدہ نے وہ تمام آلات حاصل کر لئے ہیں جن کی بناءپر متحدہ ہمہ وقت قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں اور خاص طور پر پولیس کی سرگرمیوں سے آگاہ رہتی ہے حساس ادارے اپنی آفیشل رپورٹ میں عسکری ونگ کی تصدیق کرچکے ہیںمتحدہ نے کراچی کے تمام حساس علاقوں میں سیفٹی برئیر لگا کر علاقوںکو عام افراد کے لئے بھی نو گو ایریا بنا دیا گیاپولیس رینجرز ان علاقوں میں داخل نہیںہوسکتی

عسکری ونگ کے ارکان یونٹ آفس میں دو دن اور سیکڑ آفس میں ایک دن ڈیوٹی دیتے ہیں انھیں سرکاری ملازمیتںفراہم کیں گئیں،کراچی میں وسیم اختر عسکری ونگ کو کنٹرول کرتے ہیں جبکہ تنظیمی انچارج حماد صدیقی ہے

اپریل 2010 میںٹارگٹ کلنگ میں ملوث افراد کے خلاف رینجرز کو اختیارات دینے کے بعد لائن ایریا کے دو یونٹس سے18 اور قصبہ علیگڑھ سیکڑ سے 9 دہشت گردوں کو گرفتار کیا لیکن چوبیس گھنٹوں کے اندر ہی ان کو چھوڑ دیا گیا'میڈیا ان کی رپورٹنگ کرچکا ہے

جون 2010میں دوبارہ اس ہی علاقے کے 13دہشت گردوں کو رینجرم نے پکڑا لیکن جوائنٹ انوسٹی گیشن کو حوالے کرنے سے پہلے ہی چھوڑ دیا گیا جس پر ان ہی دہشت گردوں نے کراچی ااپریشن کے پولیس آفیسر انسپکٹر ناصر کو لائن ایریا میں ہلاک کردیا اور خود پولیس نے ان ہی کارکنان پر ایف آئی آر درج کروائی جنھیں سیاسی دباﺅ پر چھوڑ دیا تھا علاوہ ازیںاورنگی پاکستان بازار پولیس، ڈالمیا پولیس، مبینہ ٹاﺅن پولیس، سرجانی پولیس اور گلشن حدید پولیس اور پیر آباد پولیس نے جولائی کے مہینے میں متحدہ کے وزراءکے دباﺅ پر اے این پی کے کارکنان کی ٹارگٹ کلنگ میں ملوث کارکنان کو بغیر کسی کاروائی کے چھوڑا گیا

اہل تشیع کی مرکزی جماعتوں کے الائنس کے رہنماﺅں نے یوم عاشور کے موقع پر ہونے والے دہماکوں اور دہشت گردی کے واقعات کا ذمے دار متحدہ کو قرار دیا تھا

کراچی آپریشن کے 111افسران اور اہلکاروں کو چن چن کر ہلاک کردیا گیالیاری کے علاقے میں قبضہ حاصل کرنے کے لئے پیپلز امن کمیٹی کے ساتھ محاذ آرائی میں پورے شہر میں قتل و غارت کا بازار گرم کیا حقیقی کے رہنماﺅں اور کارکنان ، جماعت اسلامی اور پیپلز پارٹی کے کارکنان کی ٹارگٹ کلنگ بھی ایم کیو ایم کے علاقوں میں ہوئیجنازوں اور حیدرآباد پریس کلب پر فائرنگ کے واقعات کسی سے پوشیدہ نہیں ہیں

متحدہ کے عسکری ونگ کو کراچی کے داخلی راستوں پر کنٹرول حاصل کرنے کا ٹاسک دیا گیا ہے جن میں پورٹ ایریا ، انڈس ہائی وے ،نیشنل ہائی وے،سپر ہائی وے اور حب ریور روڈ کے علاقے شامل ہیں متحدہ کے لئے تمام مشکلات یہاں کی پختون اور سندھی بلوچ قدیم آبادیاں ہیں

لہذا تجاوزات کے خاتمے کے نام پر ان آبادیوں کے مکینوں کو بید خل کرنے کی کوشش شہری حکومت کی جانب سے بھی جاری رہی جو اب بڑھتے بڑھتے وفاقی حکومت پر رحمان ملک کے توسط سے دباﺅ بڑھایا جا رہا ہےان تمام داخلی راستوں میں اردو بولنے والوں کی اکثریت نہیں ہے اور انتظامی طور پر بھی ٹاﺅن پیپلز پارٹی اور اے این پی کے پاس رہے ہیںمتحدہ کا اصل منصوبہ داخلی راستوں کے ذریعے کراچی کا کنٹرول حاصل کرنا ہے

الٹا چور کوتوال کو ڈانٹے

یہ بات کسی سے ڈھکی چھپی نہیں ہے کہ ایم کیو ایم نے کراچی کے تمام فلاحی ، رفاعی پلاٹوں ، میدانوں اور پارکوں پر قبضہ کرکے فلیٹس اور مکانات تعمیر کر لئے ہیں نارتھ ناظم آباد ٹاﺅن،، اورنگی ٹاﺅن اور بلدیہ ٹاﺅن کی قیمتی زمنیوں پر قبضہ کر چکے ہیں شہری حکومت اور کے ڈی اے پر اجارہ داری کے باعث ان تمام جہگوں کو ریگولیزائشن کے نام پر سالوں سے آباد رہائشی ایریا بنا کر اربوں روپوں کی زمین ہتیا لی ہے لیاری ٹاﺅن کے 1800ایکڑ قدیم ورثے کی زمین پر قبضے کےخلاف اٹھنے والے ہر آواز کو ٹارگٹ کلنگ کے ذریعے دبانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے

سپر ہائی وے اور سرجانی کے علاقوں میں متعدد اسکیموں کو رہائشی پلاٹ بنا کر فروخت کیا جا رہا ہے ٬ پلاٹ کمیٹی کے نام سے نارتھ ناظم آباد سیکٹر آفس کو انچارج بنایا گیا ہے ڈاکٹر محمد علی شاہ کی رہائش گاہ حیدری میں آفس قائم ہے جیسے بابر غوری کے ساتھ انکل ممتاز اور فائلنگ کےلئے انچارج انیس خان کنٹرول کرتے ہیں

سندھ حکومت کی جانب سے قائم کردہ اینٹی انکروجمنٹ سیل

کراچی کی سرکاری زمینوں کو لینڈ مافیا سے آزاد کرانے کےلئے سندھ حکومت کی جانب سے انکروجمنٹ سیل قائم کیا گیا، جس میں عوامی نیشنل پارٹی کی جانب سے نمائندہ ڈپٹی جنرل سیکرٹری بشیر جان بھی ہیں متحدہ کی جانب سے صرف قدیم اور مضافاتی آبادیوں پر آپریشن کرنے پر زور دیا جاتا ہے جبکہ اے این پی شہر کی قیمتی زمینوں پر قبضے کے خلاف بھی آپریشن کرنے کی خواہاں ہے کیونکہ ایم کیو ایم شہری زمینوں پر قابض ہے لہذا وہ شدید مخالفت کرتی ہے ©، آخری میٹنگ میں آپریشن سے متعلق تجاویز سے قبل ہی اے این پی کو اعتماد میں لئے بغیر آپریشن کیا گیا جس پر اے این پی اس بات پر احتجاج کیا کہ میٹنگ سے قبل ہی بغیر اطلاع آپریشن عدم اعتماد کے زمرے میں آتا ہےہزاروں ایکڑ پر قابض مافیا پختونوں ، سندھیوں اور بلوچوں کو کچی آبادیوں سے بیدخل کرنے کے لئے بے بنیاد پروپیگنڈا کرتی رہتی ہے کبھی طالبانزیشن کے نام پر تو کبھی دہشت گردی سے متاثرین کے آمد پر اقلیت میں تبدیل ہونے کے خوف پر، کبھی ڈرگ مافیا اور کبھی لینڈ مافیا

انکروجمنٹ سیل نے اب تک 1825ایکڑ زمین لینڈ مافیا سے خالی کرالی ہے اور اس میں خاص بات یہ ہے کہ گورنر ہاﺅس میں ADOسٹی ڈسٹرکٹ گورنمنٹ کی جانب سے دی جانے والی بریفنگ میں قابضین نے پیپلز پارٹی اور ایم کیو ایم سے اپنی وابستگی ظاہر کی یہاں تک کہ خود گورنر سندھ اور آصف زرداری سے بھی تعلق جوڑنے کی کوشش کی گئی اور ایک انچ زمین کے حوالے سے بھی کسی نے شاہی سیّد یا اے این پی کا نام تک نہیں لیا

بنیادی حقائق

کراچی کے پانچ اضلاع کی سابقہ حیثیت بحال ہونے کی صورت میں ان کا کنٹرول صرف ضلع سینٹرل تک محدود ہو جائے گا جہاں انھیں پھر بھی جماعت اسلامی کی مضبوط اپوزیشن ملے گیضلع ملیر ضلع غربی اور ضلع جنوبی میں پیپلز پارٹی اور اے این پی کو اکثر یت حاصل ہے جبکہ ، ضلع شرقی،اور ضلع سینٹرل میں جماعت اسلامی ا اور چھوٹی جماعتوں کوبرتری ہے مسلسل حکومت میں رہنے کی وجہ سے کراچی کی ضلعی حیثیت کو تبدیل کرکے انتخابی حلقہ بندر بانٹ کی وجہ سے بلدیاتی نظام کو نافذ کرنے پر بھرپور مزاحمت کر رہی ہےمتحدہ بنیادی طور پر اے این پی کی بڑھتی مقبولیت سے خوفزدہ ہے کیونکہ شہری وسائل پر قابض متحدہ سندھ کے وسائل پر بلا

شرکت غیرے ملکیت کی دعوےدار ہے جبکہ اے این پی کا موقف ہے کہ سندھ پر پہلے سندھیوں کا حق ہے اور سندھ دھرتی کے وسائل پر ان محروم طبقوں کا حق ہے جنھیں ایم کیو ایم د با رہی ہے سرکاری ملازمیتں ، تعلیمی اداروں میں طلباءتنظیم اے پی ای ایس او کی جانب سے کسی دوسری قوم کے طالبعلم کو داخلہ ہونے کے باوجود آنے پر پا بندی اور تشدد کا نشانہ بناناڈومی سائل اور پی آر سی اور شناختی کارڈ کے حصول میں رکاﺅٹوں کا مقصد یہ ہی ہے کسی بھی طرح اے این پی پختونوں اور دیگر قومیتوں کی نمائندگی کے لئے فعال نہ ہوسکے خاص طور ہزارہ تحریک کے نام پر جس طرح اپنے زیر اثر علاقوں میں اے این پی کے خلاف چاکنگ کی گئی لیکن پاکستان کی تاریخ کے سی ویو پرہونے والے پر سب سے بڑے پر امن اجتماع نے ثابت کر دیا کہ پختون نمبر ون پر امن قوم ہے

کراچی اور حیدر آباد کو متحدہ اپنی اسٹیٹ بنانا چاہتی ہے اور کراچی کو ملک کے دیگر حصوں سے الگ کرنے کی بھیانک کوشش کرنے میں جتی ہوئی ہے اور صرف اپنے راستے میں اے این پی کو رکاﺅٹ سمجھتی ہے لہذا کبھی مذہبی عقائد کی بناءپر تو کبھی لسانیت کی بناءپر پختونوں کی جانی و مالی نقصان پہنچانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے

خاص طور پر جب گینگ وار میں متحدہ کا کوئی کارکن ہلاک یا خود متحدہ کا عسکری ونگ کسی کارکن کو ہلاک کر دیتا ہے تو صرف آدھے گھنٹے کے اندر اندر کراچی میں پختونوں کے کاروبار ، ٹرانسپورٹ کو جلا دیا جاتا ہے اور بے گناہ پختون کا قتل عام کرکے ایسے تیسری قوت تو کبھی لینڈ مافیا، ڈرگ مافیا یا طالبان کا نام لگا دیا جاتا ہے اور

جبکہ 29 اپریل 2010کے 35شہدا ءکو ٹارگٹ کرنے کا الزام ہزارہ تحیریک پر ڈالنے سے بھی گریز نہیں کیا جاتا۔

dear Pashtun & Baloch brothers and sisters. Now the time has come that we should tell the truth . Pakistan is an un-natural bond , half of Pashtuns live in Pakistan and half of Pashtuns live in their homeland Afghanistan, same situation is for Baloch in Balochistan an...d for Punjabis in Punjab. The refugees came from India in 1947 , inhibited in Sindh , have also divided it amongst the Sindies and refugees. I want to tell you some historical fact. In 1937 there was election in British India. There were 156 seats of Pukhtunkhwa, Punjab and sindh, where Mulim league had won only one seat. And in 1940 Mohd Ali Jinnah announced Lahore resolution in Lahore. Because he had been told by his bosses to announce the resolution and then they will take care of it. It shows that Mohd Ali Jinnah was their agent. It is very strange that if Pakistan was created on the name of Islam then why all Arab countries , the origin of Islam, are not one country? However , all of them are Muslims. And another very interesting thing when Pakistan came into being , the first Law minister was Hindu Jothandar Nath Mandal . It is very funny thing that Hindu will make laws for an Islamic country created on the name of Islam. It means two national ideology was a big fraud. And when Mohd Ali Jinnah announced Pakistan a secular state , then there was no need for Pakistan because India was already a secular state where more Muslims preferred to stay in India rather than to come to Pakistan. In real sense Jinnah destroyed the Muslims in sub-continent. In fact Jinnah is responsible for the bloodshed during and after the partition in former East Pakistan, West Pakistan , India and Afghanistan. If there would be no Pakistan , there would be no this bloodshed. Pakistan was established on the map of the world to contain former USSR on the other side of AMU RIVER. British needed an Islamic state for this purpose to use the religious sentiments of the simple and uneducated people , specially of Pashtuns.. They had established Pakistan in 1947 and used it for their purpose in 1979 when former USSR invaded Afghanistan. The decision to establish Pakistan was a disaster for that region. The British Empire was calling this region Golden Sparrow . But after the disintegration of that region into India and Pakistan , 65% to 70% of the whole Budget of both countries has been spent on non-developmental things , like army, weapons etc. If there would be one country , these expenses would be done on the developmental projects and it would be world big power as well. Even then India is doing well because after the partition the government was handed over to the party who had been fighting for its independence from British Colony , they love their country but Pakistan was handed over to the British agents who had no roots in Pakistan , but they were imported from London and then exported to Pakistan. All the nationalist who had been fighting for independence from British Colony were put in the jails. And these British agents had never taken any part in the agitations against the British colony. منمه د جناح کاکا چې پوخ خانک له راغې د ډبه ، د کوتکه دګولو نه خبر نه شو غنی خان When these British agents came to Pakistan in 1947 , they were urdu speaking people, they had no roots in Pakistan. So they started to put in the jail all the nationalist leader who had been fighting to get rid of the British Colony. Bacha Khan from Pukhtunkhwa , Abdus Samad Khan Achakzi from Balochistan , Abdul Hamid Bashani from Bangladesh and G.M. Sayyed from Sindh were Jailed . And as you see there was no one from Punjab. After sacking these nationalist leader , these agents took the complete control of Pakistan. These agents were a few hundred of thousands in Pakistan but they imposed their own urdu language as a national language on the whole Pakistan. They were about from 3 to 5 percent of the whole population. And when in 1971 in former East Pakistan Awami leage won the election , the Punjabis were ready to break Pakistan but not to give the government to them because in combined Pakistan Punjabis were in minority. 54 % of the whole population of Pakistan was from East Pakistan and the remaining 46 % population belonged to whole west Pakistan. The Punjabis broke Pakistan , but never accepted democratic decision of the people of former East Pakistan to hand over them the government. They used Bhutto for this purpose and then hanged him. The prime minister of other province when was convicted by the Supreme court to death penalty , he was hanged , however for him also all Arab countries had requested not to hang him and hand over to them but when a Punjabi prime minister was convicted , he was sent to Saudi Arabia to live like a king there. Why??? Because he was Punjabi. We must think a little bit. When in 1971s People Party government toppled the NAP ( National Awamy) government in Balochistan , dismissed both governors Mir Ghaus Bezenjo ( governor of Baluchistan) and Arbab Sikander ( Governor of Pukhtunkhwa) , the Pakistan army, Panjabis, so called pashtuns and establishment didn’t say even a word against it But when Nawaz sharif and his brother shahbaz sharif were disqualified by the Supreme court, then there was no law for them and they announced the long March towards Islamabad . They were in Gujranwala , when all their demands were accepted . Even the chief of Army staff refused the order of Asif Ali Zardari when he was told to contain Nawaz sharif from Long March to Islamabad .Why ???? because 80% army is that of Punjabis. Another very funny thing. The central Government owes Pukhtunkhwa ( this name was acceptable to all the three provinces except Punjab) 135 billion rupees of electricity royalty but central govt says , we don’t have money but the central governmentt lends Pukhtunkhwa money on 23% interest per year. Think about it. We have been deprived from our own language not to know our history and forget our language & culture etc. Our Pushtun educated class can’t write and read Pashto. We are scattered in different regions, FATA , PATA, south Pukhtunkhwa , Sakhakot, Dargai , Daraa, etc why??? , because these British agents adopted the same British policy of DIVIDE AND RULE In Balochistan Abdus samad Khan Achakzai was assassinated to create problems between Pashtun and Baloch brothers in Balochistan. And recently Nawab Akbar Bugti was killed. These Punjabis are our blood suckers , they are parasites . They rob our wealth and we are just slaves in the name of Islamic brotherhood. Electricity is ours , raw material is ours , labour is ours and gas is from Balochistan but the industrialization is not in our Pushtun and Baloch regions. We are working as chawkidars , bus conductors , mazdoors in Punjab and Karachi and they come to our Pushtun and Baloch provinces as colonels , generals , beaurocrates , holding key posts and enjoy every privileges they can. In Balochistan 20% of the population has the gas facility whereas gas is from Balochistan and in Punjab the gas has been distributed every where. And another very interesting thing, the price of the gas which is from Punjab , government pays to Punjab three times more price than the price of the gas of Baloschistan. Now recently when Gwadar seaport was financed by China, 50% of the revenue generated by this seaport will go to China, 48% will go Central Govt( Punjabistan) and only 2% will go to Baloschistan. JUST IMAGINE . There are a lot of minerals in Pukhtunwkhwa and in Balochistan , but these are not extracted. We are dying for them against India in Kashmir and they are enjoying luxurious lives. Universities are built in their regions ( Punjab) and terrorist camps and madrasas in our regions ( Pashtun area) , nuclear tests and other defense activities in Balochistan. The decision of Pakistan was wrong , that’s why in 1971 it was broken into two parts and the remaining Pakistan is on the brink of disintegration. The concept of Pakistan has become invalid since 1971 when Bangladesh appeared on the map of world , so we must think about the new geographical structure. Now the scenario is as follows: No one can deny from the fact that the homeland of all Pakhtuns ( on both sides of Durand line) and Baloch is Afghanistan. And it was conspiracy of the British empire to use their famous formula DIVIDE AND RULE , because for them in that region only the Pashtuns were threat when they entered on the name of British East Indian company into India in 1612. British historians, too, have written that the last 100 years of war in India represented a war between British India and the Afghans. At that time there was a game which was called Great Game between the British empire and Russian Empire and weak state of Afghanistan was in between them to portect its soverinty. The Pashtuns strongly resisted British invasions into their territories. After suffering many casualties, the British finally admitted they could not conquer the Pashtuns. In 1893 Sir Mortimer Durand, the foreign secretary of the colonial government of India, negotiated an agreement with the king of Afghanistan, Amir Abdur Rehman Khan, to delineate a border. Amir Abdur Reham Khan was compelled to sign Durand line with the British India on 12 November, 1893 under tremendous pressure . But when there is no more British India , then there is no validity of the Durand Line. And according to the international Law these types of treaties under pressure are called ‘Treaty under duress’ and no one recognizes it as a genuine document. Our forefathers had given the sacrifice to get rid of the British colony but unfortunately we became the slaves of Punjabis. Take a look of the 62 years history of Pakistan what these Punjabis accompanied by so called Pashtuns & others , have been doing with Pashtuns & Baloch both in Afghanistan and in Pakistan and specially in 1970s. The leaders of religious organization AKWANUL MUSLIMEEN , Gulbadin Himatyar, Rabbani , Mahsud etc had been invited from Afghanistan in 1972, however there was no revolution at that time in Afghanistan and their followers were trained in the attock port by ISI Punjabi Colonel Imam whose real name is Amir Sultan Tarar to destabilize Afghanistan.In a Televison interview he admitted that he had trained 95000 Mujahidin on the order of Zulfiqar ali Butto who was prime minister at that time.Pakistan had always been trying to destabilize Afghanistan , because if Afghanistan would be stabilized then Afghanistan would demand for their own territories occupied by Pakistan. At last Pakistan found the golden opportunity of direct action in 1978 during the revolution in Afghanistan. What TERRIBLE role Pakistan and its allies played to destroy the motherland of all Pashtuns & Baloch {Afghanistan and occupied Afghanistan( Pukhtunkhwa and Balochistan)} , the Puhtuns & Baloch will never forget it. Now time has come that we should take revenge from them and take independence . Punjabis say that the war in the Pashtuns area is the war for the integrity of Pakistan , then why they didn’t allow our refugee brothers from SWAT to enter into their province. Pakistan ( Punjabistan) just is collecting money on Pushtuns genocide to make Punjab a dominating force and destabilize Afghanistan. I don’t want to get into detail where these Taliban came from. Who had financed , equipped and trained them during the Afghanistan Revolution. At that time they were called freedom fighters but when former USSR was defeated , then these Taliban were called miscreants. Who created this problem for Pashtuns? In 1979 there were only 300 religious Madrassas but now there are 20000 Madrassas. Who had been financing it ??????????? Pakistan is using these Pashtuns & Baloch to collect money from all over the world to pretend that they are fighting against Terrorism . However , Pakistan has always been the source to originate , finance , train and help all of these terrorist organizations. During the People party government when Nasirullah Babar was the interior Minister of Pakistan , these Taliban were called the Army of Nasirullah Babar. Now the time has come that we Pushtuns & Baloch must unite of both sides of Durand Line ( line of hatred) , we need one country GREAT AFGHANISTAN where the total population will be 70 millions . Then the other countries will not be using us for their own purposes and then throw away just like tissue paper. غواړم يو وطن نور نه په ځان نه په جهان يمه اوسم په ټکر کښ زه په خټه کښ افغان يمه مشال خان ټکر Any country who has done some thing wrong with us in the past or in the present , we forgive them and we want to have good relations with all over the world and live with peace in this world , but help us to establish GREAT AFGHANISTAN. We are 60 million pushtuns Baloch in both Afghanistan and Pakistan. We can be good friends with all over the world community. Help us please. Pakistan as the source of terrorism and provider of nuclear technology is dying its natural death soon. It is on the brink of disintegration . But we are scared that if that nuclear weapons come in the hand of terrorist , then they will destroy the world. That’s why I want to warn the world community to think about it.
